Can I control my home without Internet?

Yes. At home, your phone can still switch lights, switches and sensors, and Scene wall switches keep working. The AC, TV, Wi-Fi plugs and automations resume once you are back online.

Do I have to buy the smart hub?

Not if you only control things while at home. You need the smart hub to control your home while away, run schedules and automations, and let everyone at home see device status.

My Wi-Fi is 5 GHz — will it work?

The smart hub, Smart IR and Wi-Fi plugs use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Almost every modem and router also broadcasts 2.4 GHz — choose that network name, or ask your provider to enable it.

How many devices can one smart hub handle?

Up to 128 devices. Large or multi-storey homes can add a second hub.

Can my family share one account?

Each account can only be signed in on one phone at a time. Give everyone their own account; the home owner invites them and chooses their permissions.

How many Scenes can a light be part of?

Up to 6 Scenes per light.

The app can't find my device when adding it — why?

Check that Bluetooth is on and the app has permission. Put the device in setup mode: switch a light's power off and on 12 times in a row (on about 1 second, off more than 5 seconds); for switches press and hold all keys together until the indicator blinks quickly, release, then hold again until it blinks slowly; for the smart hub hold its button for more than 5 seconds until its light blinks. Then tap the rescan icon. Details in the Add devices guide.

How do I change my password?

Sign out, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, enter your email to get a 6-digit code and set a new password.

Is there an iPhone app?

The app currently runs on Android 10 and later. An iPhone version is in development.

Is my information safe?

Your data is stored in Vietnam and encrypted in transit. Your home Wi-Fi password goes directly from your phone to the device during setup and is not stored anywhere else.
