Privacy policy

This policy covers this website. Data in the Halu Home app (account, homes, devices) is described separately in the app privacy policy; how to delete an app account is on the account deletion page.

1. Information we collect

When you book a consultation: your name, phone number, city / province, type of home, number of rooms, the devices you are interested in, the best time to call, your notes and the product you were viewing.

When you send a contact message: your name, phone number, email (optional), topic and message.

When you place an order: your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery province / city and address, notes, the items ordered, amount and payment status, and the IP address used (to prevent fake orders). We do not receive or store your card or bank account details — you pay with your own banking app.

With both forms: the page you sent it from and how you found us (for example, which ad you came from).

When you browse the website: if analytics or advertising tools are enabled (section 4), they record information such as browser type, pages viewed, time of visit and a cookie ID.

We do not ask for or collect sensitive information through the website.

2. How we use it

  • To call you back with advice, a quote or support, as you requested; to process, deliver and service your orders.
  • To understand which channels bring visitors so we can improve our content and advertising.
  • To keep the website safe and block spam.

We never sell your information to anyone.

3. Storage and sharing

  • Your submissions are delivered to our sales and support team’s internal messaging channel (Telegram). Only the staff in charge can see them.
  • Orders are stored on our own systems located in Vietnam; your name, phone number and delivery address are shared with the shipping carrier to deliver your order.
  • The website is served through Cloudflare (for speed and protection against attacks); forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.
  • Contact details are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, or until you ask us to delete them. Orders are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.
  • We disclose information to competent authorities when required by law.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The website may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to count visits, measure ad performance and show relevant ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. These services set cookies in your browser under Google’s and Meta’s own policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings and Facebook Ad Preferences. The website still works when cookies are blocked.

5. Your rights

Under Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you have the right to be informed, to consent or withdraw consent, to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict its processing, and to complain. Send requests using the contact details below; we respond within the legal time limits.

6. Security

Every page is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We limit who can see contact submissions and do not store form data in your browser.

7. Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and its date.
