Warranty policy

Updated: 09 Oct 2026

1. Warranty period

The warranty period for each product is stated on its warranty card / invoice and starts on the delivery date.

2. What is covered

  • The product is within its warranty period, with its label / serial number intact.
  • Defects in components or manufacturing.
  • The product was installed and used according to the instructions and at the voltage marked on it.

3. What is not covered

  • Damage from impact, drops, water, insects, fire, explosions or natural disasters.
  • Wrong wiring, wrong voltage, overload, lightning or an unstable power supply.
  • Opening, repairing or modifying the hardware, or installing software not supplied by us.
  • Products out of warranty or that cannot be identified.

4. How to make a claim

  1. Call our hotline / message us on Zalo, or send a message on the Contact page (topic Warranty) with the product name, a description of the problem and photos / videos if possible.
  2. Our technicians check remotely first — many issues can be fixed right in the app (see Auto-repair and Update device software).
  3. If needed, send the product to us or book an on-site check. Faulty products are repaired or replaced at our technicians’ discretion.

Before sending a product in, remove it from the app (see Remove devices) so the replacement can be added easily.
